Cozy Power is a serum that we prepare fresh in our office. Contains kojic acid, lactic acid and vitamin C. When used twice daily, these agents even out and tone skin tone. They are applied to the entire affected area, not just dark skin.
Melange Skin Brightening Cream is a customizable blend that we mix in our office. Contains vitamin A, arbutase, glycolic acid and green tea extract. The combination of these ingredients lightens dark pigmentation caused by melasma, gently exfoliates superficial dark pigment and also reduces skin inflammation. The melange peel is a powerful and highly effective chemical peel to reduce hyperpigmentation caused by melasma. This is done every 6-12 months and is followed by the use of a prescribed daily topical regimen for several months after the peel.
Microdermabrasion gently exfoliates the top layer of skin, reducing the appearance of hyperpigmentation. It is most effective for melasma when given in conjunction with a series of glycolic acid peels every 2 weeks.
