All our mirrors are made from scratch when ordered. The glass is a ¼ inch thick high quality glass. This gives you a more realistic projection than the typical 1/8 inch glass typically used in mirrors. It will be double wrapped with foam and bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery. The treatment time is about 2 weeks.
Rafter frames are 4″ wide, so the visible glass area of a 42″ x 30″ mirror would be 34″ x 22″.

When handling glass products, breakage can unfortunately occasionally occur. The worst part of this job is that we have to transfer our products to third parties for three to five days before they arrive at your home. Sometimes accidents can and do happen.
It starts with the packaging. We use double layer cardboard specially designed for your glass. To wrap the ice we have our own foam mold that molds the foam to the edge of your ice. Then we wrap it in bubble wrap … not the cheap stuff that pops, but the expensive stuff that has cells that allow air to flow back and forth and not pop during shipping.
From November 2018, we have built and delivered nearly 7,000 mirrors. So far we have only one complaint regarding stains on the frame. In this case, it turned out that a child spilled water on the frame of the bathroom.
